Summary

The Diploma of Information Technology introduces you to the fundamental concepts of business systems, computer science, cybersecurity, database design, games design, programming and software engineering.

The diploma is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree. If you successfully complete the diploma and meet the entry requirements, you can progress directly into the second year of the following degrees without losing any time, as you’ll receive credit for the units you complete in the diploma: Bachelor of Business Analytics, Bachelor of Cyber Security, Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) with a specialisation in Software Engineering, Bachelor of Game Design and Development, Bachelor of Information Technology.
