Collaborating on a range of projects, students develop life-long creative partnerships from within a cohort of like-minded practitioners, whilst experimenting with their creative vision. They not only learn contemporary facets of media production, but also classic techniques and concepts rooted in the foundation of cinema and storytelling. Using industry-based production models, this course allows students to experience and specialise in a variety of roles such as cinematography, scriptwriting, directing, producing, sound, editing, and more. UTS student productions have been screened internationally, won awards at film festivals, and have been developed further into series.
