ABC cuts – two days into a brutal time.

The Guthrie announcement, says the ABC, brings long held desires for reform to the surface, but the plan is still short on detail.

As of June 30 2016, the ABC had 4182 employees and total revenue of just over a billion. On Tuesday 7 March Managing Director Michelle Guthrie announced the loss of up to 200 jobs. She provided more detail in her speech to staff:
