Box Office 10 October 2016 – Dressmaker gains in US

Australians are now entirely absent from the top twenty in either the full or limited lists. We've seen a melancholy list of departures.

In the US, The Dressmaker has now cleared the one mill mark, with US$1,040,670 in seventeen days. It is currently in 36 cinemas at an average of US$5146/location. Last week it had made US$360,000 so it is moving nicely ahead. 

It was released in the UK in November last year and scored US$812,000. The Spaniards took to it last March to the tune of US$1.218m, and the Italians did even better in April with US$1.9m. NZ contributed US$1.37m.
