Australian International Documentary Conference works through staff changes before the planning becomes intense.

The Australian International Documentary Conference is in the middle of a significant revamp of its staff, caused by a combination of pregnancy, opportunity and a rethink of the roles.

According to conference chair Karena Slaninka, ‘Last year we had a conference producer, and this year we split it into an event manager and a conference programmer.’
