Sharmill documentary Highly Strung, made by Scott Hicks about a string quartet, took $16,152 on its first weekend, on ten screens to take $1,576/screen.  The Adelaide Film Festival audience last year was pretty happy, and I personally found the internal tensions in the group fascinating. It is really about the compulsions behind making art, and the havoc they create, so it combines a musical and a cultural audience. If they bother to come.
