Newsflash: The Dressmaker has passed $20m, as of Monday 1 February. Just saying. Lori Flekser, who runs the MPDAA and therefore has it from the horse’s mouth, has made the announcement.

Looking for Grace is third on the limited release list in its first weekend, taking $276,952 off 26 screens. That figure includes previews, which secured about $175,000, and hopefully created a ton of evangelists for the picture. The current per screen average is $3831, which is survivable but not enough to make exhibitors grown with delight.
