The latest round of the Screen Australia Multiplatform Program, announcing projects approved for production support over the last five months, suggests that the standard of projects are steadily increasing.

Amongst the eight projects, Colin South’s name jumps out as the determined veteran with a long view on the value of web-based drama. He is the executive producer on Trip for Biscuits, a web series for children from Robot Panther. His producing credits go back to Adventures on Kythera and the original Silver Brumby in the early 1990’s, followed by the animated Silver Brumby series, along with Quads and Dogstar. Live action work includes The New Adventures of Ocean Girl and The Circuit.
