The AIDC will stop at nothing in its hunt for new staff. Image: actually members of an all-female searchlight regiment.

The Australian International Documentary Conference has advertised no less than three positions responsible for creating the conference to be held in Melbourne in February 2016.

The conference needs a CEO/Conference Director, an Administration Manager and a Conference Producer. Though they will come together in the Conference Office at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image as the conference approaches, these positions do not have to be resident in Melbourne.
