Entries are now open for the CinéfestOZ Film Prize for a feature length Australian film which will be awarded during the festival, 26 – 30 August, in the Margaret River region.

This film prize rewards remarkable Australian filmmaking with a $100,000 award.

In 2014, the inaugural CinéfestOZ Film Prize was won by the family friendly, Robert Connolly-directed film Paper Planes, which is currently performing strongly at the Australian box office since its 15 January 2015 cinema release.
