APSA/BAPFF: two festival puddings on a single plate

The Brisbane International Film Festival and the Asia-Pacific Screen Academy have circled each other untidily for a decade. Now they are both run by the Brisbane Council through Brisbane Marketing, so the two neatly named acronymed orgs have become the BAPFF, the Brisbane Asia Pacific Film Festival.
