AFTRS: new degree for a new generation

The Australian Film Television and Radio School is now offering a three year undergraduate degree, starting in 2015.

AFTRS is a complex beast, and the BA is only one part of it, but the strategy to occupy the undergraduate space with an intensive, holistic degree course has been developed with great determination at least since CEO Sandra Levy arrived in 2007.

As she said in a phone interview, the course is designed to integrate “the creative and the scholarly, the theoretical and the practical.”
