Tait Brady has worked for many years in different roles within the industry and “found himself in a position where I had an interesting perspective, a 360 degree view” having worked in exhibition, curation, film festivals, program cinemas, publicity, and distribution, and then having been in the funding agency system at the FFC where part of his role was to keep and eye on distribution and monitor the changes, as well as dealing with sales agents overseas.

His past roles include director of the Melbourne International Film Festival for eight years, General Manager for Palace Films, acting director of Marketing for Screen Australia, and Evaluation Manager at the FFC. He’s recently produced two films [The 25th Reich and Healing] and “having to deal with all this stuff first-hand, it was suggested that I was in a unique position to have a perspective on all of this.”
