Writer/director Rhys Graham had written a couple of drafts of the script forGalore with development support before producer Philippa Campey came on board in 2006. They then went through the AFC Indivision development lab, gaining “some really great feedback from Mogens Rukov who wrote Festen and Andrew Bovell [Lantana],” Philippa said. They were also given assistance with marketing development later in the year and were given the opportunity to film a scene with actors.
