With $1.4m committed over the next three years from 2013-4, these Screen NSW funds are modest. But they some of the most leveraged funds in the sector, and make a crucial difference to our screen infrastructure.
The Industry Development Fund provides the NSW contribution to local and national organisations like “Information and Cultural Exchange (Western Sydney), Screen Producers Australia, Northern Rivers Screenworks, Metro Screen, the Australian International Documentary Conference, the Australian Writers Guild, the Australian Directors Guild and the Australian Guild of Screen Composers” as the release lists them.
