The South Australian Film Corporation has give six local companies support through the SEED program, a five year business development initiative.

There are some interesting twists to this scheme. The central component is the base development investment, which can be used on project development with a strong emphasis on leveraging from other sources, including crowd funding. The professional development component is about training, mentoring, specialist advice and conference registration. Travel and accommodation is the obvious other element.
