For the first time, Google has put money into an Australian production initiative, via Youtube. The amount is modest, and it has been enticed by Screen Australia, but it does increase the power of the Youtube door in Australia.

Screen Australia is partnering with Youtube to fund the ‘Skip Ahead’ program, with both parties contributing $200,000. As the release explains, it will
