This is the kind of deal which puts the butter on the bread for a lot of people. How can we interpret the deal between BBC Worldwide and FremantleMedia Australia?

Not a lot of specific detail here. “Two of the world’s leading content companies have formed a new partnership to produce BBC Worldwide’s general entertainment formats for the Australian market,” says the announcement.
