Tim Davie, the CEO of BBC Wordwide has announced significant changes with intriguing implications for the Australian independent sector – or at least those parts with the clout to play internationally.

An early clue to the changes recently announced by Tim Davie, CEO of BBC Worldwide surfaced quietly in Australia on the 18th October. The BBC First channel on Foxtel will be started here, and spread around the world.
