Werner Winkelmann, proprietor of Neglab, has announced that his mothballed laboratory will indeed be open for business again by the end of the month.
“Just bring the film,” said Werner Winkelmann on the phone. “It is a matter of refurbishing our equipment, and we will need a few more days.”
