Seven tried some MARVEL tricks and let the others out of the cage.
In an otherwise stable night, Seven moved its new Marvel show from 7.30 to 8.30, and lost 319,000 viewers for the imported show. It returned to its magic tricks at 7.30, for Consentino, which did 770,000 – exactly the number it was taking a month ago.
Nine ran Hostages, also an import, against Marvel.. for the first two eps. It kept the same audience of 690,000 into the second block at 9.30, but still did almost 200,000 less than the Seven competitor.
