Speaking at the Australian Communications and Media Authority’s RadComm conference, called for “spectrum certainty for broadcasters, in recognition that Australians will continue to rely on free television services for the foreseeable future.

She argued that while Australians what three hours of television per day, their use of mobile devices and computers to what video was measured in minutes, and called for an “Acknowledgement that broadcasting is clearly more efficient than unicast cellular delivery for transmitting to large numbers of consumers watching linear or live programming.
