Racing network ThoroughbredVision has appointed Bruce Mann as chief executive officer. Mann is the former head of pay television operation XYZnetworks, a joint venture between Foxtel and Austar, which was absorbed into the Foxtel operation when the two merged in 2012.
XYZ operated eleven channels in total, including the multiple LifeStyle channels, the V music channels, Country Music Channel, and jointly owned Nickleodeon and Nick Jr.
