Village Roadshow has lodged its interim final report with the Australian Securities Exchange and lifted its dividend by 18% to 26c per share fully franked, as full year profits rose 50 per cent on the back of strong results in its cinema and theme park divisions.

For the year ended June 30, 2013, the cinema, theme parks, film production and distribution divisions reported net profits of $50.9m, up 50.8 per cent on $33.8m for the same period last year, although income increased by one per cent to $936 million.
