Deanne Weir, already on the Board, becomes deputy-chair, while Rosemary Blight and Joan Peters are new appointments.

Deanne Weir has been a corporate lawyer and the former group director of corporate development at Austar for an entire decade, after a serious stint at TelstraSaturn and Telstra. She now calls herself a media entrepeneur, who is an investor in and director of Hoodlum, is the chair of Moshcam, a director of TheHoopla.com.au, and a board member of the International Women’s Development Agency, Girlosophy Pty Ltd, Ai-Media and the The WeirAnderson Foundation.
