Once Deluxe bought companies from Omnilab, it had to integrate an impressive collection of specialist businesses, some in competition with each other. Now it has reprogrammed the whole lot into the one sleek animal, eager to take on all comers.

Today, Deluxe Australia formally announced the birth of a new entity, DDP Studios. The acronym stands for Deluxe Digital Pictures, in honour of the two companies once separately responsible for the four companies now combined into one. They used to be CornerPost, Digital Pictures, Deluxe Melbourne and EFilm.
