Producer Liz Watts finds that her dark, German-language, unashamedly arthouse Lore’s long distance, 13-week run at the US box office, is within spitting distance of equalling her other production, the much more hyped Animal Kingdom, while The Sapphires continues to pull in audiences for a seventh week.

Liz Watts says that she is delighted with Music Box’s release of Lore which has never exceeded a 54 screen peak in its ninth week, but which continues into the thirteenth with an average of US$1,552, and a total for its run to date of US$874,000.
