It was announced today that Foxtel has commissioned Building Australia, a colourful series that will explore the history of the Australian house in all of its incarnations, from the terrace to the Queenslander, homestead, Federation, the weekender and the classic suburban house.
To premiere on The History Channel in July 2013, the 6 x 30 minute series will be hosted by actor, comedian and screenwriter John Doyle, best-known as ‘Roy Slaven’ of Roy and HG fame.
