David Hannay, raconteur, veteran and indomitable survivor of cancer, joined the ranks of luminaries such as Mark Twain and Evelyn Waugh when ScreenHub inadvertently suggested that he might be dead.

Jon Hewitt sent an email on Thursday asking for memorabilia to be used in a coffee table publication about Hannay’s remarkable career.
