Ahead of NITV’s free-to-air launch on 12 December, Susan Moylan-Coombs, Head of Production, expressed concerns over racism in social commentary, and its potential impact on the television audience.

Speaking at a session on the impact of social commentary at Open Channel’s Generation Next Factual & Documentary Conference in Melbourne, Moylan-Coombs said that Aboriginal people were often the target of racist social commentary.
