Leading industry screen practitioners and organisations have come together to give back to the emerging screen sector by supporting OPEN CHANNEL’S GENERATION NEXT FACTUAL AND DOCUMENTARY CONFERENCE.

The two-day Conference will be held at the Cinema Nova, Carlton, Melbourne on 6th and 7th December and will feature a programme of curated seminars, panel discussions, presentations and networking opportunities that will provide Victoria’s emerging and early career screen practitioners with the opportunity to engage with their peers, meet and mingle with experienced directors, editors, writers, cinematographers, producers, financiers, industry guilds, broadcasters and commissioners.

Supported by Film Victoria, the conference is now in its second year and designed to serve as the launch-pad for establishing the future community of Victorian Factual and Documentary screen practitioners.
