Mindshare, a collaborative initiative between the Media Resource Centre SA (MRC), the Mental Health Coalition of SA (MHCSA) and Messenger Press, has been awarded the Arts and Health Foundation Award at the 2012 Australian Business Arts Foundation Awards SA&NT, for their contribution to reducing stigma around mental illness.

Mindshare is a vibrant online community that showcases the work and views of people experiencing mental illness. It provides a voice for those living with a mental illness, as well as their carers and friends, by using various art forms to share stories – including filmmaking, blogs, creative writing, photography, and music and art. It also includes practical information on accessing mental health services, and related articles, news, events and a discussion forum.
