Johnny Ghost, produced, directed and written by Donna McRae, had its international premiere at the Minneapolis Underground Film Festival, and won the award for Best Editing.

It was shot in black and white with very long takes by the wonderful Lazslo Baranyai.

Speaking by video Skype with the midnight snow glistening in her hair, she said, “I think we would have won Best Actor for Anni Finsterer as people were raving about her performance, but there was no Best Director or Best Actor Award. The audience loved the original sound track by Dave Graney and Clare Moore, and kept trying to buy it.”
