The Melbourne Queer Film Festival (MQFF) is pleased to announce that two new staff have joined the team; Natalie Grigg is the new Festival Operations Manager and Danae Gibson has been appointed the new General Manager following the recent departure of Rowena Doo who spent 6 years in the role.

The introduction of a Festival Operations Manager is the largest restructure to the MQFF team in years, but with long time Festival Director Lisa Daniel continuing to program and shape the Festival, MQFF will still be the same Festival the members and audiences love. Natalie Grigg comes with a rich events pedigree which includes two previous stints at the MQFF, Event Coordination roles at the Victorian Racing Club, Imagine If Creative Solutions, and as an Events Coordinator at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image.
