Indigenous filmmaker and actor Wayne Blair has won the 2006 Myer Indigenous Scholarship and will complete a fellowship at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS).

AFTRS Director Malcolm Long announced the Scholarship at the 2006 AFTRS Graduation held at the School on Saturday, April 1, 2006.

Mr Long said it was the first time the Myer Indigenous Scholarship had taken the form of a fellowship at the School.
