Terrified Logies staff stood up to the agents of Australia’s most prominent TV faces already branded to Nine and found a unique solution to the desperate competition. They gave the job to all of them. Yes, Bert, Ray, Lisa, Georgie and Daryl will take it in turns to rumble up to the microphone in their motorised wheelchairs and leer their way through the jokes provided by Nine’s hard working mob of backroom jokesters.
Actually, of course, it may be only the one agent suffering from some kind of TV industry multiple personality disorder.
