Australian Geographic’s new documentary series: Best of Australia, has been named Best New Captioning Initiative at the 2006 Deafness Forum Captioning Awards, which took place last week in Sydney.
These high-quality documentary films, written, produced and presented by Sorrel Wilby (formerly of Getaway) beautifully showcase the diverse regions of Australia. The DVDs are exclusively distributed on DVD with the Australian Geographic quarterly journal.
