Post-Production Pathways
A poorly thought out post-production pathway often leads to major budget
blowouts. What format will you finish your film or doco on? What is the best
path to take to keep the highest possible image quality? How will you
track-lay and mix your audio? These are some of the many issues that should
be addressed in the pre-production stage. This course will explore
preparation, format compatibility, aspect ratios, compression, data transfer
rates and the technology available to ensure the most effective
post-production pathway for your project. An important course for editors,
producers, directors, and anybody working in the technical and
organisational areas of film and video production and post-production.
