Shumin Liu is an award winning Chinese filmmaker interested in making films in Tasmania and collaborating with Tasmanian filmmakers on feature films and short films.
Liu”s work includes documentaries, TVCs and short films shot on film, HDCAM, and most other video formats. He works both in Australia and China.
