‘Mitzi Goldman and Ian Darling are writing a report on the topic, and have appealed for help. By early September, they want case studies of ‘documentaries that have had an impact, made a difference and are doing their work, reaching audiences and influencing people. They do not necessarily have to have private money involved (most would not) but if there are cases of docos that have been privately funded I would love to hear about them.’
