“In year one, we screened seven films made by kids, and by last year’s festival that number had risen to 18. In 2009, we will screen over 20 films made by kids, from places as far flung as Croatia, Canada, Brazil and Bangladesh.”
Festival director Chloe Boulton is talking about Little Big Shots, Australia’s major annual international children’s film festival. It returns to Melbourne for its fifth year from June 3-8, 2009, at ACMI Cinemas and ArtPlay.
