Palace Managing Director Antonio Zeccola today announced the appointment of Courtney Botfield to the position of General Manager of the new Chauvel Cinema.
Botfield has a depth of experience in the industry that belies her 28 years. She began her career in the late 90’s working in the marketing divisions of The Globe Film Co and Roadshow Film Distributors as a Project Officer. She traveled abroad and in addition to gaining experience in event management and theatre production, joined the staff of the Edinburgh Film Festival, and in 2001 was promoted to Head of Press.
