Sainty Law is pleased to announce leading media and regulatory lawyer Anthony Poole joined the firm as General Counsel from 1 December 2009.
Anthony has particular expertise in acquiring, aggregating and exploiting content on traditional and new media platforms.
He brings to Sainty Law significant experience in all aspects of television broadcasting, including regulatory and compliance, distribution, engineering, broadcast operations, satellite and cable operations, media and online distribution, video on demand, production and programming (from the initial production agreement through to vetting the program script and finished program for defamation and classification issues) and advertising clearances.
