Sydney’s Community Television station, TVS, today appealed to the Prime Minister for help in reaching an early resolution of the channel’s urgent need for digital simulcasting.
Speaking at the launch of a new program, called Histrionics, by former NSW Premier Bob Carr, TVS Chief Executive Laurie Patton reiterated calls from the Community TV sector for the Government to immediately find $3 million so that Community Television can go digital before the end of the year.
