SBS has won a total of five awards at the Promax/BDA ANZ Awards, including the Gold Award for Best 3D Animation Design for its promo ident for “War Zone”.
SBS also won four Silver Awards for:
• Best Radio Spot – Olympics Ping Pong
• Best Poster/Outdoor Ad – Tour de France at Federation Square
• Best Design in Promotion – The Ashes 09
• Best 2D Animation design – SBS ident, African Song
The Awards were announced on September 26 in Sydney, and follow hot on the heels
of the haul of nine awards SBS brought home from the Promax/BDA Promotional and
Marketing Awards Competition in New York in June this year.
