Tropfest winner announced

Victorian filmmaker Nicholas Clifford has been announced as the winner of the 21st Tropfest, the largest short film festival in the world.

Nicholas Clifford was presented with Tropfest’s top honour in front 100,000 in Sydney’s Domain last night. The Victorian filmmaker took home the award for his film We’ve All Been There

Tropfest is the world’s largest short film event and is highly competitive. Just 16 finalists were selected from 700 entries, all vying for the top prize. As well as priceless exposure for his work, Clifford has also won a 2012 Toyota Corolla Levin ZR, a $10,000 cash prize and the chance to meet with the film industry executives in Los Angeles.
